Overview and Mission
Family purity has been the cornerstone of Jewish existance over the years. Torah forbids marital relations during the nida (mensturation) period. This site is not dealing with the complex laws of nida. It is only providing some tools for better observance of the mitzvah of family purity.

This page is developed to help determine the expected onset of the nida period and provide shekia times for the seven clean days.

Depending on the regularity of the cycle, at certain times couples should abstain from having marital relations. This is calculated from the date and time of onset of period for past three cycle.

After five days or when the bleeding stops, seven clean days are observed before women go to mikvah (ritual bath). During this period certain preparations are done before sunset each day. This tool will provide the times of sunset for this period.
